Orders can be collected directly from us by appointment only. Please note that this is not a retail store, so a pickup appointment is mandatory.

Appointment & Pickup Times

To prepare your order and generate the invoice, we kindly ask you to schedule a pickup appointment. Standard pickup window: Monday to Friday, 12:00 – 17:00.
Pickups outside this time window are possible by arrangement, please contact us.

How to Select Self-Collection in the Shop

  1. Choose the shipping method "Self-Collection" during checkout.
  2. Select the payment method "Cash / Instant Bank Transfer".
  3. Select your desired pickup time (12:00–17:00).

After placing your order, you will receive a separate email with our bank details if you want to pay via instant transfer.
Otherwise, please bring cash with you.

Pickup Outside Standard Hours

Need a pickup before 12:00 or after 17:00?
Please contact us, and we will try to find a suitable solution.
Note: Since this is not a regular retail store, pickup is only possible by prior appointment.
