Aluminum pressure bed / pressure plate
The original aluminum plate suffers from severe warpage due to a thickness of only 2.5mm. Proper pressure bed alignment or the use of the entire printing surface is therefore impossible.
With our aluminum pressure bed an upgrade to the double thickness with 5mm takes place. A renewed warping of the plate is thereby strongly suppressed.

The Z axis is increased by the pressure bed by 2.5mm and the liwith switch must therefore trigger earlier. Please, therefore, use a Z-axis spacer, e.g. under thingiverse.com/thing:43783
The original heating bed and the old screws can still be used.
To the state:
Through the storage and transport, the aluminum has optical flaws / defects. However, these do not affect the operability.
Possible optical defects can be: streaks, scratches, discoloration, unsightly milling.
Both sides of the aluminum plate are already covered with Kapton tape. Small air bubbles or abrasions of the tape can be possible.
Other permanent pressure plates, replacement nozzles and Kapton tape, blue or white tape can be found in our shop.
