TPU 95A filament (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) is a flexible, highly wear-resistant material ideal for functional parts that must withstand bending, stretching and impact forces. With its medium Shore hardness of 95A, it provides an excellent balance between flexibility and printability – even on Bowden systems.

Optimal Print Settings for TPU 95A
- Nozzle temperature: 210–240 °C
- Heated bed: 40–60 °C
- Build chamber: open or closed
- Cooling fan: 20–40 %
- Print speed: 20–40 mm/s (reduced for clean, accurate results)
Tip: Reduce retraction significantly to avoid clogging. Consistent extrusion flow is crucial when printing flexible materials.

- printing is done on Bowden-based 3D printers,
- parts must be abrasion-resistant and impact-resistant,
- precise and clean print details are important.
